THERE IS ALSO THE OPTION FOR LANDLORDS TO DEPOSIT AN EMERGENCY REPAIR FUND OF UP TO £350. THIS WILL BE USED IN AN EVENT WHERE WE COULD NOT CONTACT YOU AND YOUR PROPERTY WAS IN NEED OF URGENT ATTENTION

WHAT IS THE PRE INSPECTION FOR?

THE PRE INSPECTION ALLOWS US TO DETERMINE THE CONDITION OF YOUR PROPERTY BEFORE SIGN UP AND ALLOWS US TO MAKE A RISK ASSESSMENT CONCERNING YOUR PROPERTY’S NEEDS FOR ITEMS SUCH AS INSURING YOUR STOP COCKS ARE IN GOOD ORDER. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT SIGN UP PROPERTIES THAT ARE IN DIS REPAIR AND THAT FALL BELOW FAIR CONDITION STANDARDS
